Spooky goings on at Monkey Puzzle this month
“When witches go riding, & black cats are seen, the moon laughs and whispers, ’tis near Halloween”
The children have been getting into the spirit of Halloween, with lots of fun activities going on. They have been carving pumping and tasting lots of different scary foods.
Diwali Celebrations
This week at Monkey Puzzle Edenbridge the children are going to be learning about the ancient Hindu ‘Festival of Lights’. We have lots of fun and exciting activities for the children to take part in including, Diwali arts and crafts. We are also going to be making some yummy food for the children to taste so hopefully they will get a great insight into this special Hindu celebration.
On Friday 14th October we had our grand official opening of the nursery by local MP Tom Tugendhut. We even made it into the local County Boarder newspaper courtesy of Kevin Black.
Now housed in what was once the town’s NatWest Bank, Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery was officially opened by Edenbridge’s MP Tom Tugenhadt. Monkey Puzzle founder Rebecca Crosby was there along with director Manjeev Khaira and some of the staff. There are 50 Monkey Puzzle nurseries in the UK, including one at the old school in Tatsfield. The Edenbridge facility has capacity for 70 children and is open Monday-Friday, 7.30am-6.30pm.
