November has been a busy month for us here a Monkey Puzzle Edenbridge, with the children taking part in lots of activities and learning about different festivals.
We started the month looking at Bonfire Night and learning about the history of Bonfire Night. The children look part in a number of different activities linked with fireworks.
On the 11th November the children took part in Remembrance Day and visited the Royal British Legion monument in Edenbridge. The children also made their own poppies using paper and potatoes cut in half.
We also had a surprise visit from the local environment officer to look at our catering facilities and after Christine the Nursery chef wowed her with her knowledge and cleanliness, we achieved a 5 star rating. Well done Christine!
